Tim Chrulski is Garner Trucking’s chief operating officer. Tim has more than 24 years of experience in the transportation industry, having begun his career as a company driver and transitioning to roles in recruiting and operations. He also serves on a national level as a member of several committees within the American Trucking Association, and as a board member and chairman of the Membership Committee for the Truckload Carriers Association. Tim is currently the 2022-2023 board president of the Toledo Trucking Association. Garner Trucking was named a 2022 Best Fleet to Drive For in the small carrier division by TCA.
Tim Norlin
Vice President of Driver Employment @Roehl Transport
Tim Norlin is Roehl Transport's Vice President of Driver Employment. Tim has more than three decades of experience in the transportation industry and he has held a variety of positions in operations, sales, safety, driver training and development and driver recruiting. Tim is a member of the Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association where he has served as a past board member and was recently Chairman of the Legislative Committee. He is also a member of the Commercial Vehicle Training Alliance and serves on the client advisory boards of a few industry consumer reporting agencies. He is a graduate of the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University with a BBA in Transportation and Logistics. Roel Transport is a three-time designee as one of the Top Companies For Women to Work for in Transportation, as recognized by Women in Trucking.
Jason Walker

Jason Walker joined Bestpass in 2022 with more than 25 years of experience driving results across multiple industries and SaaS companies. He most recently served as the Vice President of Sales and CRO at GPS Insight, where he developed the strategic go-to market plan, product positioning, and revenue growth for the organization. In his role as Chief Revenue Officer, Jason oversees the sales and marketing teams and supports revenue management at Bestpass.

Boysie has over 30 years of experience within the transportation industry and is currently the Director of Driver Recruiting & Retention at Challenger, where he has responsibility for developing innovative driver recruitment and retention strategies. Boysie began his professional career in transportation as a professional drive/owner-operator. After 12 successful years of being a driver partner, he came off the road and moved into the office environment where he has held a variety of progressively responsible positions within safety and compliance including Safety & Compliance Manager with Speedy Transport, Senior Manager of Contractor Relations, Safety & Compliance with FedEx Freight Canada, National Fleet Maintenance Manager with Vitran Express Canada, Senior Director of Safety with TransX and Director of Transportation Safety with VersaCold Logistics. Challenger Motor Freight was named a 2022 Best Fleet to Drive For in the large carrier division by TCA.
